Patient was wheeled into emergency surgery upon arrival.Deep claw marks on the patient's abdomen led to significant blood loss, resulting in hypovolemic shockSurgery notes:
- Blood transfusion
- Bone reconstruction surgery on right arm.
- Full body detox due to high levels of poison in patient's bloodstream.Surgery was successful. Patient stayed in the ICU for two weeks before transferred to a private room for further recovery.

OCTOBER XX, 200X

Scout Dumpling has made another visit to the infirmary due to a broken leg.A note to keep Scout Dumpling from climbing any more trees has been added to her files in hopes this would prevent further accidents.
